Quick call 911 emergency prayer needed !

Quick call 911 emergency prayer needed !

In some countries its 999 for emergency. I know a lot of people who, when they are in need of prayer, in times of trouble call out to God, as if he is some emergency service. They call HELP ME GOD PLEASE ! Or am I the only one to ever do that ?.

Gods phone line is never engaged. He is always available, he is never too busy. When we call to him he is right there for us. He will never lets us down.

We are never put on hold, or given options. For example, press one for a prayer request, press two if you need healing, press three if your asking for advice, about how to handle something, press four if your looking for guidance, press five if your children are playing up and you need patience, press six if your looking for a new job, for all other inquiries press seven, and someone will take your call.

No my friend we have a direct line to God, his phone line is always open to us.

The Bible says in Psalm 46:1 “God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble “. A very present help…meaning he is always there for us. Listen to what God says in Jeremiah 29:12 ” When you call on me, when you come and pray to me, I’ll listen “.

My friend, God wants us to talk with him daily, not just in times of emergency. To get to know him better. Just as we talk to our best friend. So let us talk to our best friend Jesus, in prayer. Let us not treat God as JUST an emergency phone line, but let us call upon him daily, let us spend time with him in prayer. So many times we come before the Lord, and all we do is ask for things. Sometimes its good to take time out in prayer, to just to say ” Thank you Jesus “.

God bless you my friend, Matthew.
